One day a scorpion was chillin out, struttin his stuff, and he came upon a river that he couldnt cross. he met up with a frog and was all like, "yo mista frog, take me over there."
the frog said, "i wont do that. you're a scorpion. I've heard about your kind. if i let you on my back and carry you across, you'll sting me, and i'll die.



"why would i do that?" asked the scorpion, "i can't swim. if you died, then i would drown."
"good point" said the frog, and he let the scorpion on his back to swim him across.



the scorpion stung the Frog. the Frog was like, "wtf is your deal, asshole? now i'm gonna die... and you know what, you're gonna die too. why did you do that?"



the scorpion said "i couldn't help it, i'm a scorpion."

when i read the story the first time it ended with "the scorpion said 'i couldn't help it, it's my nature'."
