| i love how you always try to deflect everything to talk about Ron Paul or the LP. Why can't you just talk about your own candidate for once?

I've monitered the media since Sean Hannity, whom I used to like, first dissed him after the first Republican debate. Sine then I have listened to right wing radio, followed CNN, Fox News, ABC, CBS, MSNBC and NBC and Ron Paul hasn't been mentioned, let alone given as much air time as the two who have dropped out, Giuliani and Thompson, former favorites of Faux News. There is no comparison. He has been given some coverage, but not that much. Here's a sample of local coverage doing an interview. Please listen to the first few words the reporter says about media coverage. And this is from a Fox News station: YouTube - Ron Paul KCPQ Fox Seattle Interview Fed Up

| Sean Hannity is the media...ok Ron Paul got more coverage than Duncan Hunter, when they had equal polling #s and RP did not have significant cash advantages...when RP did, it was covered on ALL the evening news programs, and he was invited on all the sunday talk shows...overall i saw and heard more Ron Paul than I did Thompson and Rudy in January after RP hit $19 million Honestly, I think he got too much media...Mitt Romne could write himself a 19 mill check easy, bottom line is Ron Paul never got a significant number of votes...the NV and LA caucuses were a joke to the GOP... Huckabee came out of nowhere with no money and won Iowa...why couldn't Ron Paul with having raised sometihng like 25 million...have won NH with the same non-top tier media coverage Huckabee got? | ||||

And I didn't just monitor Hannity....I put all of the other stations I monitored there instead of the names (which I did disclose in the other thread I started today). The ones I have personally monitored on an almost daily basis over the last year are Limbaugh, Hannity, Hannity and Colmes, Medved, Boortz, Beck, Dobbs, Malkin (which I'm a frequent contributor on both her sites), O'Reilly, Olbermann, Tucker, Russert and Stephanopolous. The one station that has been somewhat cordial is limited to CNN yet they too continually leave Paul out of the equation like when Paul got second in Nevada and of course no mention of Louisiana. | I will say this... Ron Paul was interviewed by John Stossel for ABC's 20/20 show. Oh...wait....that's right. They didn't air it! Well, at least Larry King interviewed him for a one hour show. Oh...wait....that's right. They didn't air it! Fed Up

| Paul got more coverage than he deserved, when he was on "This Week" the ratings weren't anything decent, despite RPers knowing about it in advance People heard his message during the GOP debate, when they saw on through his campaign, the GOP events, the media...everyone knew what he was going to repeat, and simply he didn't catch on...people simply didn't like his message | ||||

As far as your other comment, you didn't watch the video I posted did you? With the media's help, which the video clearly showed Huckabee received, the guy vaulted to the top in polls. It's simple marketing. Why do Coke and McDonalds continually advertise? So their products stay fresh in consumers minds. Most Christians didn't know anything about Huckabee till the media started fawning over him. The media decided he was going to be the Christian candidate over Hunter. Simple as that. So, as a result, Huckabee received more airtime. Your comparison to the two teams left in the superbowl is rediculous. There are only two teams left! In this presidential race, there are 4 candidates left. Your analogy would be considered if Green Bay and San Diego were still alive along with New England and the Giants whereby two of those 4 teams were not covered by Sportscenter. Fed Up

And him being on "This Week" was a joke by the MSM, as usual. Most candidates get the full program, or at least most of it. Paul got a few minutes. And about 98% of the time he ever was on TV, the media prefaced it with "LULZ, here is Ron Paul, he has no chance, but he's funny so let's talk to him LULZ." You CANNOT equate that to fair coverage of the other candidates without being a fucking dumbass. Paul has not, since day 1, ever had fair and equal treatment from the MSM like the other candidates, even like Huckabee. Should the MSM be forced to give equal time to Paul? Not at all. They can do whatever they like. But when people like you come in here and say that he had more than enough coverage, that it was fair, blah, blah, it's absolute horseshit.
