Hillary Clinton sells out her donors

Hillary Clinton has released some of her fourth quarter finance disclosures as mandated by federal law.

Something already has been found that's a little out of the ordinary for presidential candidates.

What is Walter Karl? It's a broker/junk mail company. Essentially Hillary Clinton sold the personal information of all her donors to junk mail advertising. It gets a little better.

Walter Karl is an InfoUSA company.

Who is InfoUSA? Some might remember that infoUSA is run by, Gupta, a man was sued by his shareholders for funneling millions to the Clinton campaign. Something more telling is this:

The disclosure of the trips and the consulting fees is just a small part of a broader complaint about the way Mr. Gupta has managed his company. But for the former president, and for the senator who would become president, it offers significant new details about their relationship with an unusually generous benefactor whose business practices have lately come under scrutiny.

In addition to the shareholder accusations, The New York Times reported last Sunday that an investigation by the authorities in Iowa found that infoUSA sold consumer data several years ago to telemarketing criminals who used it to steal money from elderly Americans. It advertised call lists with titles like “Elderly Opportunity Seekers” or “Suffering Seniors,” a compilation of people with cancer or Alzheimer’s disease. The company called the episodes an aberration and pledged that it would not happen again.

Very interesting indeed. Nothing major, but definitely telling. This woman really has no shame.

Look at her own document "List Rental Income." What list do you think that is? Her grocery list? What are they in the business of doing besides preying on the elderly? What more do you need?

I'm sorry man, there's just way too much material. Rest assured if John McCain or Ron Paul had done the same there would be a thread about it. As of right now I don't think anyone has had the balls to do something like this.

Well if the first post is accurate the company has already funneled millions to her campaign. I'd imagine if they were to get more for the list directly it would run afoul of campaign finance laws.

seeing as we're all playing guessing games, I pick that she's giving secret info to osama bin laden to help kill every american, looks like she's even planning on personally giving him nuclear weapons and flying him first class to NYC

Campaign Finance Legalities instead of Campaign Finance Laws? Your call, but I think the FEC will get involved if McCain donors have the balls to call him for being dishonorable

There's a difference between fraud and simple negligence

Depending on the jurisdictions involved, he may very well have violated a law and done something illegal

it certainly sounds like one of our thousands of laws was broken when a presidential (soon to be nominee) promises people to give him money and he'll keep their infomration private, and then he goes and sells their personal information for campaign money

That's just begging for a criminal investigation

What's really

is that he is the champion of honest campaign financing

That man has zero honor
