| the last fiance was kinda different. we hadn't gotten the ring yet, and i wasn't living at home anymore. i was going to tell them as soon as i got the ring but he died before any of that could happen. maybe i'll just tell them.. seems like everyone but me thinks that's the best idea | ||||

| I agree with your approach and see no reason that you need to tell them right now, nor do I see how it would be in any way beneficial. I do see, however, ways it could cause a problem or aggrevation. Sounds like the best plan is to tell them you are all grown up as future Mrs. Publius when you are all grown up and ready (and able) to move out on your own | ||||

| My wife and I didn't live together until we got married. She lived at home the whole time we were engaged. Not too long ago that was actually the norm. Today it makes good financial sense if you can stay at home and save up some money to put down on a condo or house or something. | ||||
