Absolutely not. And anyone who says otherwise or condones the behavior is allowing their personal biases to get in the way.

Is a Marine recruiting station really a business?

I don't think this fully answers the question. And it isn't "free speech" when you don't have the right to be there. Nobody is saying arrest these people because of their message. They're saying what they are doing is illegal and should be treated as such.

It's not exactly a good term. But it could have just as easily of been a private organization. It doesn't matter. The law is the law. It doesn't matter whether it be your home, a church, abortion clinic, or even your local KKK hall.

A government agency.

I tend to think of a business as something that exists to provide goods/services for money.

its a government agency renting part of a privately owned building. There are other nearby businesses that are being effected. If you watch the video you see the guy in the suit trying to get in and out of the building to his job.

In defense, your posts are muddled.. such as this one:

You were asked directly and your response ignored the crux of the question and then incorrectly mitigated the issue claiming it was free speech.

Those posts didn't have anything to do with physical action. I was asked "directly" if I would approve of abortion protesters doing the things specifically mentioned in the article below, which I was responding to. NOT the video that apparently showed physical intimidation. I can't watch it because it's blocked for me.

An employee of a nearby business who asked not to be identified said Wednesday the elderly Code Pink protesters are aggressive, take up parking spaces, block the sidewalk with their yoga moves, smoke in the doorways, and are noisy.
I don't see any real physical intimidation/blocking there, unless they're doing some really interesting yoga. My response was more than appropriate given the simplistic nature of the question.

I think it is really time for a state or federal law enforcement agency to step in and restore order outside that building.
Perhaps the Federal Protective Services:
The Office of Federal Protective Service (FPS) is a branch of U.S. Department of Homeland Security Immigration and Customs Enforcement and is responsible for law enforcement and security of nearly 9,000 Federally owned and leased buildings, facilities, properties and other federal assets. FPS is a Federal law enforcement agency with approximately 1,000 Federal Police Officers, Special Agents and Inspectors that provide integrated security and law enforcement services to U.S. Federal buildings and other properties administered by the U.S.

United States Federal Protective Service - Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

I think we can all agree that no one wants a situation where the Marine Corps has to provide its own security.

Let me be crystal clear here.

1. I empathize with the motivation behind the actions of the Berkeley council, but not necessarily the actions themselves.

2. I don't have a dog in the code pink fight. If they didn't do any physical intimidation or blockading I didn't have a problem with them. If they did, then I disagree with them.

Maybe they can call Blackwater.

it's the definition of "picture is worth a thousand words"

the article you keep talking about says "protesters are aggressive, take up parking spaces, block the sidewalk with their yoga moves, smoke in the doorways, and are noisy" but the video shows them physically preventing people from entering or leaving a building. And when I guy who got in tries to get out they shove the door closed until one of them finally yells "let him out but NOBODY GOES IN!"

the article doesn't even come close to describing what the people in the video are doing.

In this case, I disagree. They should be putting the smackdown on the protesters.

Yeah, having the military use violence against citizens would surly clear this up.
