Can you in anyway correlate that to a lack of universal access to health care? Or does it have more to do with our fast food and fast living way of life? You are trying to claim a lack of universal health insurance makes people live shorter lives and kills more infants than the way the majority of Americans live compared to other contries? I think the argument is very weak. You are going to need some very solid data to convince me otherwise.

I don't doubt it at all and I think it will get much worse if we fall under a government administered health insurance system. Then patient does not care and to the government it is just paperwork. If it costs more money we just throw more money at it.
