You can clearly hear him say before hand: "So Hillary says, " before the "If you elect me, ..." part.

It was about 45 seconds before. It definitely came off sounding strange because he kept continuing the speech and it seems as if he's just talking candidly, not quoting his wife. It came off weird and I would think a lot of Hillary supporters cringed when they heard him say that at that point in the speech, but it's really a non-issue.

Just think what would happen if Hillary got elected?

Everytime she went on a trip Bill would be dancing around the Whitehouse in his underwear like the movie Risky Business.

And he would not be alone either!
