Then it's ok if I saw what most caucasians feel? That most crime is committed by blacks, and that if I see a black man I should grab my wallet because most likely he's going to try to steal it?

Using tuskegee as justification for believing whites are out to get them is ignorant. Most blacks have never heard of tuskegee.
