He has a legendary temper that is quite severe...he called Sen. John Cornyn a fucking asshole during a GOP meeting to discuss looking at his immigration reform...that's his own party, and all Cornyn was doing was making suggestions, he's pissed off most of the Senate, especially Republicans because of decades of his short temper and bursts of being a total asshole

Is that really the person we want dealing with extremely long and stressful presidential days that DEMAND the leader be calm

Bush may be the worst president of all time, but at least he's usually calm

So we're getting Bush's 3rd term...plus if he had an baby-like temper tantrum everyday...oh joy, im getting my shoulder injury re-evaluated to make sure I avoid the upcoming draft as we invade every country and start up an American Gestapo

I honestly don't know how someone can be so far removed from regular society that they don't think it's a big deal when a wife is being all nice to her husband, and while members of the press, his campaign staff, interns, are all looking at him, he blurts out that his wife sitting right next to him being friendly is a trollop and a cunt in a very stinging and long sentence

i don't care about the original post. it happened um... in 1992. that was 16 years ago. i was 11. besides. in politics the opposite side is ALWAYS going to drum up shit, so this is just another case of that.

Do you think it's appropriate for a 56 year old man, who is cruising towards re-election, when, in a room full of reporters, various media figures, his staff, interns, etc...to get everyone's attention and call his wife a cunt and publically humiliate her?

As one of our few female posters, I have to ask for everyone else's knowledge if your boyfriends were allowed to angerly call you a cunt in public, or members of this board can call you a trollup and a cunt

(I ask this because some have hinted that it's no big deal for a woman)

It's kind of ridiculous to dismiss it as something that's "right vs left" though, as this episode shows a lack of anger management abilities on behalf of someone who wants to be in command of our armed forces and nuclear arsenal, etc..

This isn't the only story that's popped up recently that shows his anger outbursts

Why would McCain bring along three different arizona "mccain hating liberal" reporters on his campaign trail on a re-election campaign where he won by large double digits?

That's a pretty high standard, every story is completely false unless you can personally see it on video tape
