Also other studies (which I can't find the links for right now) found somewhere around 15-30% (depending on gender/etc) thought POSITIVELY about their "child rape" when they were adults (in their 20s and 30s)

Also your logic doesn't pass because
1) it doesn't say she can't have kids
2) even if she couldn't, many drunk drivers cause the same damage and get nowhere near anything close to that punishment

And who is to say we can't have an exception to murder that would make your actions perfectly just?

You as a parent may want to kill, but that doesn't mean the victim, later on, wouldn't feel even worse because their child testimony sent a man to die for something only done to them

what would be wrong, for say, the child to grow up, become a man/woman, and decide the person being in prison is enough, they do not want the death penalty for that person...that's denying the 18 year old a way of closure they think is best as an adult

I don't think an adult who fondly remembers their child rape translates into it being a positive experience. It could signal that the rape permanently screwed these people up.

I was thinking maybe american pediatric association but I'm not sure. If so, that's the same group of people that are now recommending that children be separated from parents and questioned as to whether their parents have any guns in the house and then reporting such to police if their query is answered in the affirmative.

Many cultures would say their father ever raising a hand to them leads to them being permanently screwed up, and anyone who says "im glad my dad beat me!" is fucked up

they do the peer-review on psychological studies...there is no one else to review it...and indeed no one else did...no academic/medical association found anything wrong with APA review procedures, or how they conducted themselves in that instance

You are beyond discussion in this point, as far as I'm concerned. Comparing a well disciplined child with a well raped child is just unbelievable.
