my parents bought the house i grew up in for $50k and when they moved it sold for $475k.

a house not far away was on a lake and I remember my dad saying he wished he'd bought that but it was $65k and they couldn't afford it. it recently sold for over $600k

Don't tell me "they brought in this and that and built liquor stores and all that shit so I'd move" and then bitch that the people who bought your place are making money on it. I live in a REALLY nice aread of town in Tacoma and there are a few gun stores within a mile of me. Plenty of liquor stores within walking distance. and extreme racial diversity... everywhere. House values are sky rocketing. My parents bought their house for $40K about 25 years ago and now its worth over 500K.

Tacoma has its ghetto, plenty of it, downtown, "hilltop" Tacoma used toward the top of the most crime-ridden cities in the US years ago for drugs, violence, and gangs. They "cleansed" the areas by not selling malt liquor and cheap booze at corner stores etc. Those areas now have the same make up of race but the stupid bums that rob/hastle people have moved on and out of the area because they can't get their 40s of OE at every corner. Now, because of that more people are willing to move back into downtown. In turn raising housing values because people are buying the run-down places and fixing them up.

I'm not watching your Youtube links you posted because its just going to be more bullshit like the first post i'm sure.

I think drugs should be completely legal. All of them. But to say that this is a part of Ethnic Cleansing is an extreme case of sensationalism.
