YouTube Video

I can't really say much or it will ruin the video

This is Rep. Wu who just said he's voting for Obama as Super Delegate, that's really him in that video

Well Obama just lost my vote.

No way I will vote for someone who has a Star Trek nerd supporting them.

Obama needs to denounce this man before this turns into Klingongate.

I think it's an interesting metaphor. I don't watch Star Trek, but imagine if young people listened to that explanation (those who watch that show) and it brough a light on the situation.

I think it's great.

I have several metaphors for this situation myself, but they deal with horseshit and magnifying glasses.

I've watched every single episode of star trek

it was still dumb

honestly, it made me feel bad for star trek fans in general to go "don't let the pho[ny] klingons take us to war!"

heck, it made me feel bad

I did enjoy the TNG episodes that I saw though. The rest, not so much. The shatner ones are good for a

They aren't beholden to the outcome of the state's primaries

Why?

I mean, I can see why it's politically smart, but I thought the reason the super delegate position was created in the first place was to kind of counterbalance the will of the voters if the party bigwigs saw them going in a bad direction for the party, which is more than slightly ironic in a party called Democratic, of course..

I really wish Hillary would just jump off a bridge and then most of us on the board & the GOP would be happy.

I want Hillary to fight to the bitter end, like security escorting her off the stage in Denver.

Obama should take that stance that the super delegates should support the will of the people because he is opening up the steal for Hillary if he has super delegates in places where he didn't win.

The whole idea of the super delegates is amazing to me. Especially when it's the Democrats that came up with them. All the chants of "count every vote!" or was it "every vote counts" in 2000 and 2004 and they do this? So what, it's now count every vote unless we don't like how it's going?
Sounds like something the evil, big brother, big business run Republican party would conspire to create. (yes that was sarcastic)
I'm thinking the democrats will hold a makeover on their primary process after this. You almost had to feel sorry for Dean as he tries to explain the process on the Sunday talk shows this weekend.
