| Iraq is definately not making the government any money.... but companies like Haliburton are making millions. Blackwater USA is making millions. All of the contractors that are operating over there on the tax payer dollar are making millions of dollars. Companies that produce military equipment and supplies are making millions of dollars. I don't think that is why we went to war though. | ||||

They essentially ignored Afghanastan which was the biggest terrorist threat, and invaded Iraq instead, which had about as much involvement in terror as any other country in the world. They thought that they could draw the terrorists into a battle in Iraq but they were wrong. Al-Queda is just as strong now after Iraq as it was at 9/11. It's a totally failed policy. | ||||
