Thank you for taking me out of context. I was making an assumption and I clearly stated a hypothetical, but it's still A LOT of resignations in one administration.

Do you have no sense of humor? Seriously, it's a political satire show and everyone knew it was a joke.. I found it laughable that some Republican idiots tried to use it against him in the election...

And, Cheney should be impeached. So should Bush. They've violated the law and the constitution on numerous occasions, and it's a shame there aren't enough Democrats with the backbone to make sure they're held accountable for those violations, so that hardly diminishes him in my book, in fact, it gives him a few more points.

The Democrats are the biggest pussies I've ever read about or watched when it came to this situation. John Kerry's presidential run was a perfect example of their pussiness.

when did the Republicans use it against him? He ran unopposed in a heavy democratic district.

what charges would you bring up Bush and Cheney on?

I still blame everyone in Congress and the Senate for this entire mess. They all went along with it, except for a few rogue ones. It's another big blunder in American Foreign Policy. I can't remember a time when America has had a good one.

I can post a list of democrats that said the same things that doesn't mean they were lying. Were they wrong, yes but they were not lying. To prove that they were lying you would need to show that they knew there was not WMDs in Iraq and they stated otherwise.

It wouldn't be over Iraq, though their mismanagement has directly lead to the deaths of thousands of American troops, which is IMO criminal in its own right..

But, it'd be what I talked about earlier in the thread, violating the constitutional rights of American citizens through illegal warrantless wiretapping, violating due process by holding an American citizen illegally without due process for several years with no charge, authorizing torture, and so forth.

Both should be impeached and be in jail for their crimes
