Here are a few simple steps to make that happen...

3.) GAS-FREE WEDNESDAYS. Buy gas the day before or the day after. Hell, buy it in advance the weekend before so the oil industry doesn't reach into your pocket for an extra nickel a gallon in the meantime. Just don't go to gas stations on Wednesdays.

So they make Wednesday's profit on tuesday or thursday......what does this prove?

4.) NO BULLSHIT THURSDAYS. Ignore the media. Don't buy a paper, or cancel your subscription. Don't go to the movies, don't buy any magazines or music, and don't watch any television. Let 'the message' float freely through space like the piece of crap that it is.

how is it going to work if all you're doing is moving purchases to another day? you're not STOPPING anything. nothing you're proposing is going to get anyone's attention.

Number One - You asked why not the other two branches. Perhaps you misread or misunderstood. Or maybe you don't have a clue about what's already in our constitution. We ratified an amendment for presidential term limits right after FDR. It doesn't include anything about the other two branches of our government. I think it should. I also think we're of the same opinion if that's what you meant by why not.

Number Two - You said this won't effect the gov't. These boycotts aren't intended to effect the gov't. Or the economy for that matter. They're supposed to show common unity against a corrupt gov't. It's a means for getting the dense liars to listen to what we have to say for a change.

Number Three - Sleeping somewhere else isn't supposed to solve anything either. One of this measure's secondary benefits, however, would be to bring people who love each other together on a weekly basis, and I would hope some would make that a tradition beyond the boycotts because it's simply good for communication.

Number Four - Again, not trying to hurt anyone, just get deserved attention on an idea that threatens no one except those who abuse their positions in society more often than not.

Number Five - You say media outlets make most of their money from advertising. True enough. But then, if you move that idea forward, wouldn't it also stand to reason that making a concerted effort to ignore the media would devalue the commercials? It all depends on how long we'd need to impose an effective boycott, doesn't it?

As I read your posts I get the feeling you think you're smarter than everyone else................and then you post this.

The advertisers DO NOT KNOW if you're watching their commercials. Watch the commercial channel. Only rent movies and never watch network tv.......it won't matter to them.
