| Odd Computer Question I'm working on an old iMac from my office and we have a consistent problem with downloading certain documents. I'll recieve an email, and download what should be a word document...but the icon on my computer looks like half the excel symbol and half the word symbol. When you click to open it, it opens up excel, but then pops up an error message. Does this have anything to do with the version of word people are using?? Anyone know how to make them open?? | ||||

| it's probably an invalid file type association. You have to somehow tell it to use word to open up that particular type of document. I can do it on a PC.. but on a Mac I have no clue | ||||
