If this introduction was in person, I'd rely on a pleasant smile, eye contact which showed interest, a firm handshake and questions about you! Then I'd take it from there.

I do not find it easy to talk about myself right away. Not that there is anything to hide, but I'm almost painfully shy. I'm a conservative..real conservative - and very worried about the direction our Country seems to be headed.

The news about the SCOTUS giving rights to Gitmo prisoners has me a bit chapped. And I can't even entertain the idea of Obama as Commander in Chief.

Hope this intro tells you something. I'm looking forward to knowing you all a bit better and contributing to the forum.

Thanks! I ran out of time yesterday at work, then had to prep for my husbands birthday party last night. I hope to have some time today and more as the days go by.
