| I think the plan is lacking a plan. I think if legislation was passed with a start date 10-20 years in the future, you would find a whole industry of green-ifying consultants and such pop up to help these companies reduce their tax bills. If you start a company green then you don't have to worry about a huge tax bill. If you start a company black (brown? gray?), then you do. I think it's a great idea on paper and I agree that the execution is critical. Gore needs to come out with some specifics. | ||||
