| idk man. Let's say you go to your neighbor's house. It's 3 in the morning, the door is open, the TV is on, and you knock on the door a bunch of times and no one answers. You yell inside and still no one answers. Wouldn't your first thought be that there's something wrong? Your next reaction would be one of two things: 1) Go inside and check the situation out. Probably not the best idea. 2) Go home and call the police, who would come and do the exact same thing these two officers did. So what's the difference if the police get tipped off or they just happen to be on the scene in the first place? | ||||
