The Man Pouch

About a year ago I was driving a company van for a pharmacy that filled prescriptions for nursing homes. I delivered meds as far away as 120 miles.
After awhile, I found eating on the road to be expensive and unhealthy.
So I bought one of those soft cooler thingys that will hold about a six pack, and I put sandwiches and drinks and snacks in it for the road.
I soon learned I could store other things in it as well. Things like my medications, my cigarettes, my nail clippers, Tylenol, my sun glasses, etc.
Before long, I was taking this cooler everywhere I went...and here's the gay part....I wasn't packing my lunch in it anymore. There was no longer any room for my lunch because of all the other stuff I had in it.
My wife once made the mistake of telling me "Don't forget your purse".
Feeling somewhat enraged, I told her "This is NOT a purse. This is a pouch, I mean...it's a cooler". The fact remains though that a rose by any other name is still gay as hell. And I don't have a gay bone in my body.
But I am on my second Man Pouch...I wore the first one out.

I work with a guy who actually yelled "YES!" from his cube one day. We all thought he hit the lottery or something. Long story / short, it was the first time he'd heard the word "metro-sexual" and he looked it up and figured out it meant "It's ok for a man to carry a bag, a man-bag."

The next day, and every day since, he's worn something like this (this is not him).
