Prescription swimming goggles?

Anyone ever ordered a pair of these? I don't want to spend upwards of $100+ for a pair, something that gets 'close enough' is going to be better than nothing, but I'm worried about getting dizzy from the nose bridge not being fit right like my glasses are

I also would like to get them in the next week or so, which means ordering from someplace online.. I'm thinking about these:

ClubSwim Ocular Goggle at SwimOutlet.com

or these:

Aqua Sphere Eagle Goggle at SwimOutlet.com + Aqua Sphere Eagle Diopter Lenses at SwimOutlet.com

But I'd have to order the corrective lenses separately. My vision isn't the same in each eye (and my left is worse), so I'm hesitant to buy something that wont let me have a different level of correction per eye

Never heard of them prescription goggles...

Have you tried contact lenses + $5 goggles? I wear contact lenses while swimming and never had a problem, even when surfing in rough waters while I was getting thrashed.

My eye guy has them in the office, and you can order them with your prescription.

But, they are big bucks.

Yeah, I don't want to pay that much though. I was hoping someone might have some experience with some of the generic, non custom ones

I'm just sick of being blind when I go swimming.. if I want to go to a water park here I have to leave my glasses and really be unable to see anything

My eyesight is VERY poor, it's like, -3 and -3.5, with astigmatism in my left eye.

I decided to go with these: SpeedoUSA > Accessories > Goggles > Performance > Vanquisher Optical

For $20, that's not bad.

My two eyes are so different that I don't think that would work for me though. I must be a freak.

Mine are -3 and -3.5, I did the -3.5 in both after going to my eyeglass place and looking through the stuff without the astigmatism cylinder thing. I think it'll be fine

For a little more though, you can get a different brand with different diopter ratings in each eye

They were shipped out FedEx 2 day business, and I paid like 8 bucks for shipping with some e-coupon I found somewhere, so I'm pretty happy with the decision at this point.

Hopefully they don't suck and will be useful on my trip
