commies do not want people to have individual rights. they want you to live for the good of all others. this news is not surprising, since what's "good for all others" is arbitrary. if its decidedly "better for society" that they dont need to see kids with unsightly tattoos or piercings or goth makeup, then the rule would be made.

I would put them within range of each other. He thinks life has no meaning, she thinks we are surrounded by witches. I think they both belong in the nuthatch.

ok then. i dont see what business YOU should have being out of the house at 12. a law should be passed.

what the fuck kind of arbitrary law making is it, where laws are passed because we couldnt imagine what might inspire a person to deviate in the first place?

It's not arbitrary. It's based on age.

Arbitrary is a term given to choices and actions which are considered to be done not by means of any underlying principle or logic, but by whim or some decidedly illogical formula.

yes. if one were to combat these issues, reason would dictate that these are the measures that should be taken.

but you dont see a problem, because "what would a kid be doing that late"

When I was growing up, we had an 11PM curfew for all under 16 in the city.

...to tell the truth, I'm not sure if I agreed with it or not, it never affected me.

I know there's a lot of big cities that have Halloween and Devil's Night curfews too, some are really extreme, like by dusk or 8PM too. they say it cuts down on the number of fires that kids set and stuff. IDK, I never lived in a really big city.
