I think it's more the frustration of us repeating ourselves over and over for 5 pages that gave me the impression, but then again, I'm just as guilty and I really don't care one way or another. I'm not going to argue Fox's credibility (or lack there of), I just don't see it as being that big of a deal. People who watch fox news know exactly what they're getting.

That's the thing, I don't believe they do. I think most people buy into their propaganda, their manipulation and distortion of facts, and I think it's a disservice

I don't think television news in general is much better, I just see Fox as the epitome of what's wrong with it.

I don't think there are a bunch of blank slates sitting down and being corrupted by Fox News, it's people who already have the mindset and they just go there to be pandered to.

Fox took the perception of what was going on w/ the perception of the Liberal media and capitalized on it by giving the alternative, except they really don't go to any great extent to hide their bias.

I think the difference here is there was no malicious intent to deceive by the organizations that ran the picture. They simply made a mistake.

They certainly should have done more checking into it's authenticity if it's true that it came an Iranian source, though.
