Btw, this vote wasn't even close. It was a no brainer. Bush has been correct from the beginning, this Democratic dominated Congress voted overwhelmingly with him while at the same time being critical when they've the exact same policy position. It makes me sick.

Let's all hope this puts surveillance to bed, with Obama's yea vote, he cannot say squat and never should have been torching off to begin with. What a fraud!

I was an Obama supporter untill I heard about this. Now I wish I had another choice. McCain supported it too. Maybe I'll write in Hillary or something I don't know.

Well, to be fair, every single republican voted for it and only a handful of democrats. A majority of democrats voted against it.
