I think that the potential for abuse of electronic voting systems are far greater than ID-less voting. I think that pushing a bill like this right now is pure pandering and a waste of time that could have been spent on the aforementioned more important issue.

I mentioned this in my other reply but the timing stinks. I have to take a cynical view towards something like this. It's way too convenient for a bill like this to come out now.
