| Oh look, a government monopoly that doesn't work... One of the managers in the office here is having all of her mail returned to sender as undeliverable because of a fuck-up at the United States Post Office. She had a forwarding address and it was working fine for a few months, then just randomly stopped. They weren't even delivering mail addressed to her NEW address, they were just kicking back everything. I've now listened to her try and get this fixed for a good 6 hours over two days (once a week ago, and now today). They have no desire to fix her problem and are being extremely rude and unhelpful. Why? There is no alternative delivery method of regular mail than the monopoly that is the USPS, so they have no reason to actually serve customers well when there is an issue.  | ||||
