If the radio button is 'selected' (has that dashed line around it) while you scroll, it moves the selected choice to whichever way you scroll (if I would've scrolled up, it would've moved the choice up, and vice versa).

| Pulled it up again... but these are the numbers by the groups they seperated people in to...whether it be male/female/age/etc 34 23 27 33 27 24 28 32 Males came in at 34% Famele 23% Ages 18-19 were at 24% | ||||
