Since I've quit hittin the gym as much (running, biking, etc. don't quite build the muscles like they used to be) I've become less ripped. Dang I tell ya. So I'm startin back. I'm 180-185 at the moment with little definition, 5'11", and soon gonna be lookin my best...I hope. ...

| Don't forget the diet. You can gain better results from cutting out simple sugar, white bread, cookies/cakes. Eating several smaller meals a day is also better than eating a few bigger meals. You can never lose the fat cells you already have...you can only make them smaller. | ||||

To be honest, I never ended up running it, as I came down with a sinus infection at that time. But I did go to cheer my friends as they ran it. I'll run it next year, if I'm big enough...
