| Part of THAT was not part of the master plan in the original form in which it was sold to congress, the senate, the american people, or the world for that matter. No where at any time did they mention a permenent fixture of our soldiers in Iraq. They said "they stand up we stand down". We bring them home when they are trained. Well according to some reports we have 200,000 soldiers and police trained. Are the planes that carry our soldiers home stuck on treadmills? | ||||

The only way to win in Iraq is to commit to stay there forever and govern, it would once again become a territory. The resistance is never going to end. I will say it again, you cannot force freedom and democracy, it must be fought for and earned. We are dealing with a much different culture. This is a culture that most of us cant imagine living under. We either have to crush it completely and absolutely or we will forever be caught in their tribal conflicts. I dont want the rest of my life bombarded with Iraq. We are not there fighting for our freedom, we are not there fighting for our rights, we are fighting......... oh I guess now it is to stablilize the region. That doesnt seem to be working out to well either.

| Yeah, that is my feeling, at least with some of them, but I was trying to stick with more overt observations than what some would label as conspiracy theories. | ||||

| Well, when I first thought that, like when the war started, I said it as a conspiracy theory, because naturally, everyone seemed to be going along with it, but to me, something wasn't right. And now that almost 4 years have gone by and all the reasons we went have turned out to be lies. And now, they are making my conspiract theory have merit. And it must, because if there wasn't an alterior motive in all of this, then it would probably be more black and white of a conflict than it is now... | ||||
