| This is one of those articles that is a matter of opinion or perspective. A number equals only what it equals. Take a different number, we don't go around debating whether or not 2.9999~ equals 3. However, in our society, we tend to round numbers up, which is how we deducted that .9999~ equals 1. | ||||
