| Sounds good to me. Most of the 7-11's here were bought out by a place that calls itself "Kum and Go" | ||||

| We dont have many citgo's in this state, but even if we did I wouldn't buy it their gas is typically refined from a superheavy crude that can in some cases burn dirty depending on where it was refined. There's only one refinery that can do a good job of refining super heavy crude that comes from chavez. There's a handfull of refineries that are "capable" of dealing with it but aren't necessarily effecient. | ||||

| They talked about this on NPR today a bit. They had two people speaking and while I certainly agree with the sentiment behind trying to get away from Venezuelen (and all foreign) oil dependence.. one made a good point. They have refineries here, and employ thousands of people throughout the country. 2000 or so at one specific plant. If they're boycotted and ousted, those people will lose their jobs.. but the oil will simply go to another country. Venezuela wont be impacted financially really, because it's not like there's some lack of demand for the oil, especially he cheap kind which Chavez seems to be willing to "donate" in some instances. So, essentially.. some 2 thousand+ Americans would probably wind up being out of a job, and it'd have almost no impact on Venezeula financially. | ||||
