It was our voices that were drowned with words and accusations of non-patriotism that failed to stop the war on Iraq. Now as a country we share a major clusterfuck. As a country we have to come together and figure out how to best repair the damage. But from the conversations I see on this forum, that will never happen. The bright side is our voices are much louder and stronger now, I only hope the leadership we chose will be able to bring the parties together and figure out how we can get out of this dire situation with as much dignity as possible.

Both parties only care about being right more than anyhthing else, otherwise there'd be bi-partisanship a long rime ago.

Heck, even before we went into Iraq the Democratsd agreed with the Republicans on Saddam.

Seems to me they simply cant admit that maybe, just maybe, they could be wrong. This only proves to me that the objectives of many are pure gain, their true goals have nothing to do with keeping our democracy strong. The focus for to many is what is the best for "ME" and to hell with the rest of the country, or to hell with the country in general.

Yes but as it turns out the Democrats, the Republicans, hell all of us, were spoon fed false information in order to manipulate and guarantee initial support and justification for taking Saddam out. It boggles my mind that we are spending Billions on a Baseless war justified by lies and it is still okay with so many. Pure craziness
