You started off this thread with "Judge JaJae" crap. Then you did the *yawn* crap. And twice now you're responded to something I didn't even say.

Please stop trolling or you'll be kicked out of another thread today.

you said Roe v Wade, then when I said it wasn't democrats fault because that opinion wasn't made up of just democratic appoinments (nor upheld again beause of republican appointments), you said they were liberal...like that has anything to do with the argument at hand

Lincoln Chafee is considered by most to be a liberal, he is a Republican Senator, therefor I blame Republicans for Roe v Wade because it was decided by liberal judges and Chafee is a liberal

I said the Democrats had been trampling on our rights for decades before the Republicans took office. Now the Republicans are making up for lost time.. they're trampling on our rights much faster than the Democrats ever did.

Your responses are clearly against what is being discussed. Rather than admitting or even discussing the remote possibility that the Democrats have ever done wrong you're changing the subject matter to what you want it to be. Enough of this already.

Clinton erroded or attempted to errode personally liberties in MANY of the same areas that Bush has...none on the left complained then. Why? Because it was clinton.

CNSS Analysis of Clinton Administration Coutner-Terrorism Proposal

To think democrats would be any different is

And the Republican led house wouldnt allow it. They are allowing it now. Why? Because its bush.

The constitution is bi-partisan and should remain that way. The Writ of Habeas Corpus is bi-partisan and should stay that way. I dont care what party a current leadership maybe, I would be just as vocal if the stratedy for fighting the WOT were to be to strip away my rights and liberties as a citizen. I dont take a stand as a political statement, I take my stand as an American.

By thinking we should have never gone into Iraq?

If Americans give Democrats Congress in response to Bush's actions in the war on terror, does that changes your statement?

What? Even the intel report on Iraq says we are helping the jihadists recruit by our actions.

So you are in the opinion that all those people in Iraq who hate us now have done so all along?

Do you think that if Saddam died on his own or the people of Iraq rose up and gained their independace on their own, we would face as big a possibility of Iraqi AQ members trying to attack America?

No, there wouldn't be. It's not victim mentality, it's cause/effect.

Most Democrats believe there is a profound difference in the WOT and the War in Iraq. Democrats believe the War in Iraq has greatly impeded the WOT and therefore Bush's actions have done more to hurt rather than help the WOT. IMO
