| oh well obviously there must have been work done to show this before summarily ignoring the court.. linky?? as to the "it takes too long to fix the court" theory. This bill did not go thru in one day, did it? In the time it took to put a bill like this thru and make their actions "legal" the court could have been updated to be able to handle the increased volume of cases. The only thing we accomplish by bypassing the court is removing oversight, which you will never get me to agree is necessary or a good thing. | ||||

| I think you know what I meant......Unless you have been caught breaking a law in real time, a warrant is required. Oh but I forgot, habeas corpus was thrown out the window last week so I guess we are moving in the warrantless arrest direction anyway. | ||||
