And we pretty much do ban everthing thats dangerous to our health, thats why humans DO exsist. But when it comes to cigs, the people in positions to ban them are themselves addicts. So, nothing gets done.

As the generations pass, this problem will take care of itself.

Don't blame Big Tobacco. They are making a legal product. Blame smokers, they are the ones that keep buying it. You can also try to talk to your representative about making smoking illegal but he/she won't listen since a HUGE part of every states budget is funded by tobacco tax.

Making it illegal is ridiculous, taxing the shit out of it, also ridiculous...people have a right to kill themselves IMO, however, I do think there are limits that must be put in place when it comes to smoking in public.
