Sorry, I can see why a general would try to stay in, and do what they can, and use their training and skills to make the best of it. If this was 3 years ago, and all these generals were resigning then, the right would be claiming that they don't get the Bush plan, or smear them in some other way. And it is more because they disagree than it is whether or not when and why they step down. Them coming out against the Administration, is what taints them, not how they came to be able to speak out. | ||||
