The only 451 movie I know of is some older movie about utopia or some shit, never saw it just know of it

The significance of that number is that the speaker of the story works for the government burning books that have been banned. 451 degrees Farenheit is the temperature that paper burns. Hence the title...

I can't say that I blame him. I wouldn't want my kids reading books with questionable material in them either. Not in high school as part of a class anyway.
