| The ignorance in that article is overwhelming. There are other good articles on the subject that tell the whole story. The aliens are suing not because they were fired, but for legal malpractice. Wendy's actually deducted legal fees from the paychecks of these workers to have themselves legalized here. The lawyers working on behalf of Wendy's screwed up, and now they are no longer eligible to become legalized. Wendy's and their lawyers are in a world of trouble with this one. | ||||

| anyone who thinks these people deserve a right to sue needs to really wake up. Just because wendy's decided to do a good deed does not make them lible for something that should have been the person's responsibility.
