| We do need to be careful and not overreact to a terrorist threat by giving up on civil liberties. Is this what you are driving at? But at the same time greater and greater dependence on government is just as big a threat. That's something the "common good" left don't seem to get even though history teaches this time and again. When these states fail in their economic and social planning they degrade into the very type of fascist police states they claim they are against. North Korea being the best example at the moment. | ||||
