| Is everyone see the same video I am? The first guy on the ground, apparantly knocked down by the woman, is a union guy. Then the tall union guy knocks the woman down while falling on his own ass. If this is union thuggery, all I can say is America is the home of the wuss when it comes to political violence. | ||||

| ![]() Congressman Demands to See Constituent’s ID Before Allowing Town Hall Question Breitbart.tv Congressman Demands to See Constituent’s ID Before Allowing Town Hall Question The guy goes to ask a question and Moran won't let him ask it until he shows his ID. I guess Democrats think that all the people that are against their health takeover are from somewhere else. Hell, Democrats are against showing an ID to vote but Moran demands to see an ID before he is asked a question! I think the Democrats are in trouble. This is so funny. | ||||

| I doubt he knows a single Democrat politician personally and that's probably what he meant... his liberal friends/acquaintences would be OK with showing ID. I think most liberals are OK with proving that you have the right to vote. I think Democrat politicians are afraid of losing that advantage in the polls. Studies have shown that the people who illegally vote the most are seniors. Then there's also illegal immigrants and the people they round up and pay to vote numerous times a day at different polling locations. Democrats think they receive the upper hand on illegal voting, so they don't want to restrict it too much. Republicans think they're on the losing end of that deal so they want to restrict it as much as possible. | ||||

| If he's running the meeting, I don't see why he can't ask for ID. Hell, he could require that you drop trou before asking him. There aren't any laws pertaining to townhall meetings, aret there? I would assume the guy running the meeting makes the rules. As for the ID to vote, as long as it isn't an unfunded mandate, I'm good with that. Though I see it being as effective as requiring mandatory drug tests for minimum wage positions. Lot's of cost with little effect. | ||||

| What funding would be needed exactly? They already check your name against a list, the only thing that would be different is they'd require ID. And the people who would be checking the ID are usually volunteers. | ||||

| Acquiring a picture ID in order to exercise your right to vote. I need a birth certificate to obtain a picture ID and I need a picture ID to vote. In my state, that will set you back 40. I don't understand why this is confusing. Papers, comrade? | ||||
