A felon cannot vote, correct? Why would we allow a politician to remain in his seat once convicted?

I don't mean to speak for him. But, he has defended pretty much every Democrat who's ever been convicted of a felony. So I would guess he would be against it. It would be interesting to get his take on it though.

Interesting, so basically everyone on this forum who responded agrees. It would be interesting to go back to previous threads and see who agrees with it written non-partisan and who disagreed when it really happened.

For example, Foley (is that even a felony?), Kennedy, all the land frauds and tax frauds, etc
