I might add one more simple point. The yearly debt numbers are down because the revenue numbers are up. Whether you credit the tax cut or not the actual dollars the rich are paying in taxes has increased.

The only problem is that actual earnings for the wealthy have also increased and the Democrats just can't stand that for a minute while a Republican is in office!
