Video/Audio of Arnold making remarks about hispanics?

Not that long ago arnold was recorded talking to his speechwriters and starting a series of comments with something like:

"what is sieh puerto rican? or cuban? it's all the same you know. latin people have hot blood.."

that was the gist of it, but i can't find it online anywhere now...any ideas?
