(should have spell checker fixed somtime today sorry)

Then when the job market tightens employers must offer better wages and benefits attract good new workers and to retain those who might shop for a jobs elsewhere. That is the best way to bring up real wages. Not left-wing Union demands for a "living wage." That just brings unemployment to the unfortunate few who don't keep their non-skilled entrylevel jobs and inflates costs for goods and services for the rest of us!
