No. That was the rule of thumb in the 60s and 70s because Hair Dye was made with such harsh chemicals, like LEAD. But, since then, the companies that make those products have changed it so that way there isn't high absorbency on the scalp, and the chemicals all have to be safe. That's an old wives tale. Some Drs will still tell you not to, some say not the 1st trimester...Some don't say at all. | ||||
