This "paris hilton" thing always makes me laugh...yes, her family is rich so she's rich and doesn't have to work. I don't see it happening. The Dems are all about helping the middle class these days. If anything, they'll give the middle class a tax cut and the rich a tax hike. They'd shoot themselves in the foot by raising taxes on the middle class. Besides, I haven't heard any dems talk about that...who are you referring to with this 60K thing? Even Pelosi in the OP said it would be for those earning over 200K a year.

The lowest they'd even think of goin is about 120k, but thats pretty low and an old idea that inflation and price increases have outgrown

200k is a nice round number and it makes people think "jees thats a lot I don't care where you live"

Someone has to do SOMETHING to get the country's fiscal health in order instead of making us look like retards being in debt to EVERYONE. We are a debtor nation to Mexico people...fucking MEXICO! Mexico by all rights owes us billions. Send them the bill for just the last five years of money spent taking care of thier citizens that are vacationing all over our country. That includes education and free medical care along with untold numbers of social programs handing those illegals tons and tons of money.
That money comes from us the american citizen taxpayer.
The illegals have more rights than I do and can get more help from the government than I ever could.

Bill them, hell yes bill them and if they do not pay bring our troops home for redeployment.

Also Mexico isn't responsible for what the citizens do. Just like if someone from the US killed someone in Mexico the US isn't responsible for what they did.

Yes, mexican citizens are "vacationing" all over our country. Whenever I see a Mexican, he's not mowing lawns, doing construction, making my food, pouring my drinks, cleaning my hotel room, etc., etc...those were all hallucinations. However Mexico does have responsibility concerning the huge numbers of thier citizens illegally invading our country. The Mexican government encouraged the exodus. The mexican government even aided its citizens in breaking our laws to enter illegally.
The mexican government saves billions of dollars by this exodus to our country.

Because some people just can't imagine actually reducing spending. That's right. I don't own a Lexus. Why? Because it would be beyond my budget. That means one of THREE things: I have to steal from someone else so I can still buy my Lexus (democrat), OR I can borrow money so I pay on it for years and not actually own it (republican), or I can simply come to the conclusion that I can't afford it, and buy a used Toyota instead (libertarian).

America will drown unless we stop depending on either theft or borrowing to fund our obese government, and trim down the fat.
