Let me inject a bit here on this.

To the best of my knowledge, the owner of this forum is motivez. If I am wrong, someone please correct me. JaJae used to also be an administrator, but has since departed. So in effect this leaves motivez to keep the site going. Again, if I am missing something feel free to correct me here.

Tyr is not happy because he feels left out and treated like a mushroom. And he has a legitimate claim. Someone should be running things and assuring the success of the forum, most assuredly the owner.

Now Wanna Be Drummer likes to be less than charitable to members, especially newer ones. Its his privilege, along with others. And they can get away with it because they are 'involved' here. The owner, most likely Motivez, is 'committed' to the forum, because he is the owner. It is his responsibility to take the new members under his wing and help transition them into regular members. If the forum is to succeed he really has to encourage new blood.

So where is he? Is there anyone who is actually running things here? Now spontaneous order is wonderful, but this forum is someone's property. And the property owner should be protecting, and encouraging, his/her investment.

So I will ask again: just who is actually running things here?

When a forum is run by arrogant pretend to know - it - all pricks it will not thrive. Newbies do not want to be told shut tha ffkk up and pay attention to we GODS and just maybe we will show you an ounce of respect if you grovel here a few years or else simply agree with our Godhood and majesticly divine posts!
