| its a winner for tax cuts to be on the ballot imo, and I always hear of tax hikes being turned down by huge margins | ||||

Like 50% of our budget is mandatory. 40% has to go to education and the other 10% is for roads. So even if the govt wanted to put forth a tax increase to pay for one specific thing, they have to double their estimate to ensure the education and roads groups get their money too  | ||||
