It's about a group of nomads ignoring world events and disregarding proposals that were being made by the rest of the world. Then later realizing that nomadic cultures are a thing of the past and retrospectively getting pissed off about a proposal to take their land from them. The British Mandate was thievery. The Jews did not own the land. The Jews were dumped there because America refused to take 'em. The world said, "Hey look. These guys are nomads. They won't give a shit. Let's dump the Jews here. They like it there anyway."

That's how the Palestinians view it, anyway. Can you blame them? Their land was just stolen from them. I'd be pretty fuckin' pissed. I could even see people getting pissed off enough to release propaganda and teach the younger generations how horrible these newfound "settlers" are. Hell, I'll go so far to say that I could even see them being so mad that everyone that is on the settlers' side must be one of them as well. These people think that Americans are Jews. They think the American media is influenced and run by Jews. They think Ruport Murdock is a Jew. Yeah, it's entirely understandable how they got to that point. They're demanding these people that just stole their land to gtfo, and nobody is even attempting to help them out.


But again, I don't particularly care a whole lot about it. Both sides are religious, and I don't care for religious people. They'll go to a "better place" anyway. Fuckit. Letting them fight it out until one concedes would be the quickest way to resolve the issue.

Closest it has beome to being a nation is when they were recently give control over the Gaza Strip and Israel completely pulled out. But I dont believe the world recognized them.
