If you want to go to Mars, then YOU can try to get us there, but why make me help if I don't want to go? (I mean, rhetorically, I doubt you want to physically go to mars, but perhaps to send a rover there is what you want). All the good products that came from NASA would have most likely been fulfilled naturally. The information and feats of engineering that NASA has achieved may or may not have. But I'm not going to sit here and say "well, maybe we should put our money into XX research since it worked so well for NASA" because I do NOT think it NECESSARILY worked so well for NASA. It all really boils down to forcing people to financially help with something that may or may not benefit them and/or others. | ||||
